The Ribolla Gialla ‘Vetar’ Schiopetto is the latest addition to the Radiz range, an elegant white wine that embodies the spirit of the Collio. The term Vetar means ‘wind’, a reference to the constant breeze blowing through the vineyards that defines the soul of this place. The winemaking process focuses on extreme precision, using only stainless steel, to highlight the fruit’s finesse without any heavy extract. The nose reveals hints of flowers and citrus with a distinct mineral undertone. On the palate, it offers vibrant freshness and a slender structure; the finish is clean and persistent.
