The Arneis "Bricco delle Ciliegie" is an expressive and territorial white wine, with floral aromas typical of the grape variety, enriched by mineral and marine trails. Scents of jasmine, apple, and orange blossoms accompany a fresh, balanced, and persistent sip.

controlled temperature. This is followed by a maturation phase of 7 months on the fine lees for 95% of the mass always in steel and for 5% in non-toasted French oak barriques.

The Roero Arneis Giovanni Almondo ‘Bricco delle Ciliegie’ has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose evokes inviting aromas of jasmine, apple, citrus, orange blossom, and aromatic herbs, supported by a decidedly mineral almost marine vein. Intense and full on the palate, it possesses brilliant freshness and firm sapidity, as well as a finish that lingers on the sensations perceived on the nose. This Roero Arneis is configured as a highly gastronomic white wine, to be paired with creamy risottos or first courses based on fish, mollusks, and crustaceans.
