The Roero Arneis 'Trinità' by Malvirà is a white wine that briefly ages in wooden barrels and presents pleasant fruity and citrus notes, supported by scents of cut hay and flint. On the palate, it envelops the mouth, leaving a pleasantly savory and fresh trail

The Roero Arneis “Trinità” is a Piedmontese white wine characterized by the multitude of aromas on the nose, obtained also thanks to a light aging in wood that a small percentage of the total mass of the wine undergoes during vinification. Malvirà dedicates part of its cru “Trinità” to Arneis, a grape variety that, since the beginning of the winemaking adventure of the Damonte brothers, has always played an important role in the production of the winery. A label where the drink is particularly satisfying, also thanks to a mineral and refreshing sip.

This Roero Arneis “Trinità” is made from pure Arneis grapes that the Malvirà winery cultivates within one of its crus, the vineyard of “Trinità”. It is a terroir characterized by a mixed composition subsoil, where clay, limestone, and sand alternate with each other. The grapes, cultivated according to organic farming principles, once harvested ferment alcoholically in steel tanks. The process then continues with the aging, carried out for 90% of the mass in steel, and for the remaining 10% in wood, for a period of 6 months, at the end of which the bottling operations take place.

The “Trinità” is a Roero Arneis that, in the glass, presents itself with a very bright straw yellow color. The bouquet of aromas that develops on the nose tells of fruity notes that intertwine with more vegetal aromas, from which a hint of flint also emerges. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, balanced, with a sip characterized by a fresh and savory vein; it ends with a finish marked by a fruity aftertaste. A white with which Malvirà gives us a very versatile bottle from a gastronomic point of view, to be reserved mainly for fish and seafood dishes.
