The rosé wine “Alìe” is a delicate and Mediterranean fusion of Syrah and a hint of Vermentino, born in the Tenuta Ammiraglia in Maremma. Nuances of roses, strawberries, and white flowers emerge with sensuality and delicacy from a marine and mineral background. On the palate, it is very subtle, light, crisp, and clean. An elegant Magnum format!

Due to its delicate and sensual nature, the Magnum rosé wine from Frescobaldi produced in the Maremma estate of Tenuta Ammiraglia has been named Alìe, like the sea nymphs of Greek mythology. It is born from the harmonious fusion of Syrah and Vermentino grapes, cultivated in the territory of Magliano, on the Tyrrhenian coast, where the noble Frescobaldi family owns a beautiful estate. Here, the innovative winery designed by architect Piero Sartogo perfectly integrates with the conformation of the land and the vast sun-drenched vineyards, caressed by sea breezes.

The Rosato Magnum Alìe of Tenuta Ammiraglia encapsulates the entire marine and Mediterranean atmosphere of the coastal Maremma territory, combining them in terms of delicacy and expressive refinement. The Syrah grapes give a very pleasant rosé color to the eye without the need for maceration, but only thanks to a gentle direct pressing. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation. The addition of minimal quantities of Vermentino impeccably contributes to that fresh-salty balance that characterizes this label. A brief aging in steel tanks and then in bottle completes the production process, ensuring the enhancement of the more youthful, simple, clear, and floral qualities of this Frescobaldi rosé wine.

Alìe Ammiraglia Frescobaldi is synonymous with delicacy, elegance, and clarity. It presents itself in a noble pale pink hue reminiscent of the color of certain ancient roses in a well-kept garden. From the glass, subtle nuances of flowers and wild strawberries, citrus fruits, and fresh fruit rise into the air, blended with a mineral and saline background. On the palate, it expresses balance, harmony, and drinkability, gracefully dispensing echoes of citrus fruits and white flowers with a mobile aplomb. A large format for a great wine!
