The Rosé "Lolì" by Agricola Toscani is a Tuscan semi-sparkling wine from the province of Pisa based on 100% Syrah grapes, fermented in the bottle according to the dictates of the ancestral method. From the elegant coral robe there are delicious scents that recall currants and raspberries, rose petals and apple pulp, enriched with fresh yeast details. The taste is savoury and refreshing, with a creamy effervescence and a final currant scent.

The sparkling Rosé "Lolì" from Azienda Agricola Toscani is born from a challenge. Rocco, son of Oliviero, had always envisioned creating a bottle-fermented wine: at the beginning of August one year, he decided to take on this responsibility, harvesting the Syrah grapes early, determined to produce a sparkling rosé. From that first experiment and act of courage, "Lolì" was born, a label that today presents a vibrant freshness, celebrating a fully fruity profile, enhanced by the glass fermentation. An original and fascinating bottle, which thanks to a good structure is perfect for being sipped throughout the meal.

The "Lolì" signed by Toscani comes from pure Syrah grapes. The vines grow primarily in the vineyards that wind through the province of Pisa, characterized by a subsoil rich in iron and minerals. The harvest takes place early and the grapes, obtained from the careful destemming of the bunches, are gently pressed; the fermentation of the must occurs in stainless steel tanks.of stainless steel and is interrupted when we still find a good residual sugar in the mass. At this point, bottling takes place, and the "Lolì" then undergoes bottle fermentation, following the criteria of the Metodo Ancestrale.

The sparkling Rosé "Lolì" from the Toscani winery presents itself visually with a color reminiscent of coral, endowed with a particular chromatic intensity. The small red fruit announces itself to the nose with elegance, while small hints of white-fleshed fruit blend into a tapestry where the yeasts are the protagonists. On the palate, it is light-bodied, easy-drinking, and pleasant, characterized by a fresh and crisp sip, from which a slight sapidity emerges. An eclectic, modern, and creative label.
