"Corail" is a rosé wine produced from various grapes of western Provence. On the nose, it is rich in fruit, especially strawberry and pomegranate, and has a sweet and light body, with minerality and excellent acidity.

The Rosé de Provence “Corail” Chateau de Roquefort originates from various grapes cultivated in western Provence. The vines, typical of this area, come together to create a bottle with a fresh and mineral soul, very drinkable and with an appealing profile also thanks to a particularly fitting aesthetic. A label to be enjoyed right now all at once, although it can easily withstand further aging of a couple of years in glass, without losing its shine.

This “Corail” Rosé de Provence Chateau de Roquefort originates from a blend of different grape varieties where we find Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan, Vermentino, and Clairette. The vines of these varieties are over thirty years old and grow on the northwestern slope of the Saint Baume massif. The work between the rows is carried out following organic principles. After harvesting and destemming the bunches, only the Grenache and Cinsault grapes undergo cold maceration; the subsequent fermentation of the must occurs spontaneously, in stainless steel containers.made of stainless steel. The final aging lasts six months, during which the wine remains in contact with the fine lees in steel.

The Rosé de Provence "Corail" Chateau de Roquefort presents itself with a light pink color, reminiscent of coral tones. The nose opens with notes of citrus and fruit, then shifts towards hints of wild rose. On the palate, it is light-bodied tending towards medium, with a refreshing sip that reveals a clear and crisp mineral imprint, pleasant for the flow of drinking. A bottle that immediately evokes summer, but is actually perfect for all seasons of the year, paired with fish dishes and platters of fresh cheeses.
