The Rossese "Poggio Pini" is a full-bodied red wine with elegant freshness, born from vines that reach up to 100 years old. It displays a refined and pleasant bouquet of pepper, blackberries, tobacco, and sweet spices. The taste is fresh, harmonious, balanced, rich, delicately tannic, and persistent.

stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of about 26/28 °C with skin maceration of about 6-8 days and frequent délestage and pump-overs. Subsequently, the wine is racked with pressing, after which it remains in aging for about 12 months in steel tanks and for an additional 6 months in bottle before being released for sale.

The Rossese di Dolceacqua “Poggio Pini” from Tenuta Anfosso presents itself with a deep ruby red color. On the nose, it layers sensations of red fruit and berries, including cherry, wild strawberry, and blackberry, floral notes of dried rose, mulberry, and aromatic herbs, spicy hints of white pepper, tobacco, and cinnamon. On the palate, it is soft, velvety, and full-bodied, with a discreet tannic structure, a pronounced freshness that leans towards saline notes and a slightly bitter finish. This wine from the Tenuta Anfosso winery is a Rossese of great harmony, excellent structure, and expression, distinguished by its intensity and persistence.
