The Rosso di Monte delle Vigne is an expressive and territorial red wine made from Bonarda and Barbera grapes grown in the Colli di Parma, vinified and aged only in steel. The aromatic profile is juicy, vegetal and fruity, with vegetal notes, underbrush and black fruits

The Rosso Colli di Parma produced by the Monte delle Vigne winery is a wine that tells the stories of the hills of Parma, renowned for the culinary excellence it offers. Simplicity and drinkability are the keys to a product that announces itself as pleasant and easy to drink, where Bonarda and Barbera come together to create a range of aromas, with the uniqueness embodied by the more vegetal notes perceived during the olfactory analysis. Excellent with traditional Parma meat dishes.

The Rosso Colli di Parma Monte delle Vigne wine originates from a blend of Barbera and Bonarda, the latter present in the final blend at 30%. The vines of these varieties grow using the guyot system at an altitude of about 230 meters above sea level, on hilly soils characterized mainly by clay and limestone subsoil. The exposure of the vineyards is towards the south and west. The fermentation of the must obtained from pressing the grapes occurs in steel at a temperature below 32 degrees, and the the maceration with the skins lasts a total of 30 days. The wine remains for several months maturing in steel, before being bottled without filtration.

The Rosso Colli di Parma Monte delle Vigne presents itself to the eye with a color reminiscent of purple hues. The olfactory spectrum revolves around vegetal notes, characterized by touches of underbrush enriched by hints of juicy fruit. On the palate, it has a full, round body thanks to a sip in which the tannins are well sculpted in the structure. A straightforward and direct label, which well interprets the winery's approach to wine, always aimed at creating authentic products faithful to the territory.
