The Rosso Riserva “San Leopardo” by Belisario recalls the historic "Rosso Matelica", a wine from the 1800s and a powerful blend of traditional grapes. This wine stands out for a long maceration of the skins and an exclusive aging in large barrels, to enhance structure and complexity. The nose is dominated by aromas of ripe red fruit, with notes of coffee and vanilla. On the palate, it is soft and very warm with well-integrated tannins. Perfect with traditional dishes such as vincisgrassi or chicken in potacchio
