The Rosso della Casa wine produced by Loredan Gasparini - Venegazzù is, without a doubt, the emblematic label of the entire range made in the small municipality of Volpago di Montello, which best embodies the potential of the surrounding hilly terroir, combined with the winery's production philosophy, reflecting the principles and the "mission" of FIVI, the Italian Federation of Independent Winemakers. A "historic" blend, born in the fifties, where four international red grape varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Malbec come together to create a blend of a thousand facets, sought after and refined. A red wine that even today, decades after its conception, is considered avant-garde in terms of interpretation and assembly methods of the four grape varieties from which it originates.

The Rosso della Casa from the Loredan Gasparini - Venegazzù winery is made from a blend where, alongside Cabernet Sauvignon, which represents 70% of the final product, a pinch of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec. The grapes, after harvesting, ferment alcoholically in steel, and then mature first for 18 months in large wooden barrels, and then, after bottling, for 10 months in glass.
