The Rosso di Montalcino by Casisano is a wine made from Sangiovese, with great freshness and harmony. The winery works with attention to using sustainable practices in the vineyard and in the cellar, to keep these volcanic soils in full health. On the nose, there are hints of red and black fruits, delicate floral notes and slight spicy hints on the finish. On the palate, it is truly fresh, tannic and with good persistence, a wine perfect for picci with sausage ragù
