The Nero d'Avola 'Il Folle' by Millami is a young and straightforward red, born in Marsala in Contrada Selvaggi. The winemaking in steel with whole cluster carbonic maceration for about 10 days enhances the freshness of the fruit and the drinkability of this friendly red. On the nose, fruity hints of cherry, plum, and berries emerge, with slight notes of delicate spices. On the palate, the drink is lively and soft, with silky tannins and vibrant freshness, while the finish is pleasant and aromatic. To be paired with a platter of cured meats
