"Palistorti" by Tenuta di Valgiano is a red wine aged 12 months in concrete vats and second-hand barrique. Elegant to the nose, with scents of undergrowth and small red fruits, from mineral tips, tobacco and licorice. Concentrated on the palate, from the fresh waves, with fine tannins and persistent.
