The wine “Pietra del Gallo” is obtained from a blend of red grapes, coming from a vineyard of about 20 yearsof age resting on clay-limestone soils. In the vineyard, the vines are cultivated with common sense and intervention limited to the bare minimum, without wanting to label themselves or follow defined protocols. In the cellar, they proceed with spontaneous fermentation in closed tanks to maintain the carbon dioxide produced during fermentation and obtain a sparkling wine.

The “Pietra del Gallo” presents itself in the glass with intense ruby attire and purple reflections. The nose is vinous and very fresh, characterized by notes of violet, rose, and red fruit for a liquid that makes straightforwardness and joy its strong points.
