The Rossomat from the Valter Mattoni winery is a Grenache in purity of great character and personality capable of evolving impeccably over time. The grapes are carefully selected and the aging takes place in wood for a long time, very few bottles are produced. The ruby red color with purple reflections fills the glass with a silky cloak, the aromas released recall ripe red-fleshed fruit, sweet spices, and hints of tobacco. The sip is soft, enveloping, with mature tannins and a long finish.
