Rouge 'Bacchus' Domaine Houillon is a warm, enveloping red wine made from Merlot and Syrah in the heart of the Vallée du Rhône. Following spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and aging in steel, the end result is an intense and fragrant wine in which the aromas of berries, plum and cherry stand out, returning to the palate in a rich, juicy sip with a very persistent finish
