Rouge 'Vieilles Vignes' Domaine Houillon is a juicy, enveloping red wine, very balanced between freshness and intensity. Made from Grenache, the grapes, hand-picked from vines over 70 years old, ferment spontaneously in steel, where the wine remains to age for several months. The result is a very juicy and fragrant wine, in which red fruit notes stand out surrounded by light spicy nuances, aromas that return to the palate in a full, enveloping sip, and well supported by fine, velvety tannins.
