Domaine Boissonnet's Saint Joseph 'Cuvée Emisphere' is an expressive and elegant wine made from the Rhône Valley's premier grape variety: Syrah. In this area, the vineyards are located on very steep terraces overlooking the river that flows at the foot of the hills. The bouquet is broad with hints of black fruit, spicy notes of black pepper and smoky notes from ageing in barriques. On the palate, it is soft and juicy, with refined tannins and a persistent minerality on the finish. Excellent with fillet steak with black pepper
