The Saint Veran ‘Aion’ from the Domaine des Crais winery is a white wine with great aromatic depth, produced in Burgundy based on Chardonnay. The aging of 12 months in barriques on the fine lees gives it roundness and softness, and a full and enveloping sip, while the nose highlights notes of white flowers, honey, citrus hints, and toasted dried fruit. A wine that can rest for a few years in the cellar to best express its great finesse
