The "Saittole" from the Ribelà winery is a white wine from the Colli Albani obtained from Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes. The short maceration on the skins for 3 days gives it a good intensity and aromatic complexity, with scents of flowers and yellow fruit and a fresh, savory, and fruity taste.
