Sancerre "Clos Paradis" is a French white wine produced by the historic Domaine Fouassier winery in the heart of the Loire Valley. It comes from Sauvignon vineyards planted in 1902 and is fermented spontaneously with native yeasts. Mineral, fine and citrus on the nose. Fresh, elegant and harmonious to the palate.
