Sancerre “Les Quarterons” by Riffault is a rich and mineral white wine that expresses with complexity and naturalness the area of the Loire Valley. It is vinified only in steel tanks, with an aging on the lees for 24 months. It reveals a bouquet of citrus fruits, flowers and flint and a fresh, savory, citrusy, long and mineral taste.
