The "Godenza" is an elegant and easy-drinking expression of the Sangiovese di Romagna, born on the hills of Predappio. The aromas present fruity tones of cherry and berries, against a Mediterranean and briny background. The taste is juicy and pleasant, medium-bodied, with a rich sapidity.

The Bonarda Vivace by Francesco Quaquarini is born in the Oltrepò Pavese, an area renowned for the excellent production of red wines. The winery is family-run and involves Francesco, his son Umberto, and his daughter Maria Teresa, who take care of the work in the cellar, while the latter handles marketing and the company image. The working philosophy aims to improve and modernize production techniques, preserving tradition that characterizes the work of this winery. The chosen cultivation regime is organic, in order to create a flourishing and advantageous ecosystem for the vine, in favor of a sustainable lifestyle.

The Croatina, Barbera, and Ughetta di Canneto grapes of the Bonarda Vivace by Francesco Quaquarini grow in a context that enhances native varieties. In the vineyard, human intervention is kept to a minimum, favoring techniques of cover cropping between the rows, integrated pest management, and eliminating any type of synthetic chemical substance: the result is better ripening.of the grapes and a more fertile land. The climate is characterized by cold, often humid winters marked by frost and snowfall; summers are hot, sultry, and dry. The grapes are harvested by hand; in the cellar, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel, which also gives rise to the characteristic effervescence. It rests briefly in steel before being bottled.

The color of the Bonarda Vivace by Francesco Quaquarini is an intense ruby red with bright reflections and a violet foam. The aromas released recall wild blackberry, sour cherry, and cherry, forest fruits, and currant; on the palate, it is juicy, easy-drinking, spontaneous with good persistence on the finish for an inviting sip. It is recommended to pair with dishes based on mixed cured meats of medium aging, first courses dressed with elaborate sauces, and risottos made with seasonal vegetables; also interesting with stewed meat dishes. Perfect for aperitifs or carefree lunches in the company of lifelong friends, sipping an authentic and genuine product, the result ofa conscious and constant effort.
