The Santa Maddalena Classico by Franz Gojer is a juicy Alto Adige red wine made from pure Schiava grapes. It comes from the so-called "classic" production area, just outside the city of Bolzano, and rests for a short period in large oak barrels: with its vivid ruby red color, it bursts with delicate aromas of currants, cherries, and small berries framed by notes of violets, while on the palate it is fruity with fine tannins, fresh and persistent, with versatile gastronomic appeal.
