The Saperavi by Nika Bakhia is an artisanal red wine, an authentic and vigorous portrait of how wine has always been made in Georgia. It is vinified exclusively in typical buried amphorae, spending a long time in contact with the skins to extract all the best juice. It is not filtered, so it is normal to find some residue at the bottom. The aroma is intense and engaging, with red fruit, underbrush, dry leaves, and hints of smokiness. On the palate, it is crunchy, concentrated, incisive, with a vibrant tannic structure and persistent freshness.
