"Sassirossi" is a Friulian red wine that comes from the calibrated assembly of Cabernet and Merlot and which ages for 12 months in barrique. The name derives from the composition of the land near the river Isonzo. The olfactory spectrum is rich and intense: incipit of red and dark fruit with references to the world of spices and aromatic herbs. On the palate it remains soft and full, balanced by a docile tannin and a right freshness
