Saumur Champigny from the French winery Antoine Sanzay is a pure Cabernet Franc made in the famous Loire region. It is a red wine that is aged briefly in steel vats for 10 months and vinified using only indigenous yeasts. The ruby red colour with violet hues recalls the scents of red berries, violets and sweet spices that are perceived on the nose. The taste is agile, fresh, clean, with subtle tannins and a finish of great balance on the palate.
