Saumur Rouge “Point Zéro” from Domaine Clo is a Cabernet Franc from the Loire, juicy and mineral, produced by a ‘domaine’ that strongly believes in organic philosophy. A pure Cabernet Franc of great juiciness and pleasantness, with hints of berries meeting typical notes of green pepper. On the palate, it presents great balance between warmth, freshness, with pleasant mineral notes on the finish. Perfect with juicy meats like duck!
