'Les Lys du Moulin' by Château Gros Moulin is a Sauvignon Blanc from Bordeaux, fresh, juicy, and persistent. Aged partly in oak and partly in cement, this white wine releases fruity notes of apricot and orange peel, floral hints of lavender, and menthol nuances. Excellent to sip during an aperitif with goat cheese platters, but also alongside oysters and seafood.
