Sauvignon "Opoka" is a full-bodied structured white wine, clean and elegant, born from 50 years old vines in a mineral soil. Ot is vinified in oak barrels with maceration on the skins for 4 days and aging for 23 months. Citrus, paprika, basil and herbs at nose. Complex and persistent flavour
