"Sudigiri" by Villa Job is much more than a simple Sauvignon: it is the result of the assembly of 3 different clones of this grape each of which enriches the aromatic bouquet of personal and exclusive notes. A gentle and engaging dance of herbaceous aromas, nettle and elderberry, all together, never exaggerated, always in balance. A fine and elegant sip, of great freshness.

The Sauvignon "Sudigiri" from Villa Job is the result of the work of a small artisan winery, which produces wines of great varietal fidelity and with a typically territorial character. Sauvignon Blanc has been present for centuries in Friuli, where it expresses itself at interesting qualitative levels, providing some of the best versions from our peninsula. The uniqueness of Villa Job is its utmost attention to soil composition and the cultivation of the vine in the most natural way possible. Listening to nature above all and wine as a consequent gift are the guiding principles of a project that has led to the realization of a Sauvignon of great expressive purity, fresh, intense, and with a measured aromaticity, never excessive.

The Sauvignon "Sudigiri" is born on the plateau of Pozzuolo in the Grave Friuli area. The vineyard extends over approximately 6 hectares and is located on ancient soils of particular value, with outcrops of sands, silt, clays, marls, and sandstones. The work in the fields is carried out following the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, using cover crops, green manuring, and other biodynamic practices that have made the plants increasingly resilient and helped them find their natural vegetative and productive balance. The presence of woods around the vineyards contributes to creating an environment of great biodiversity, which enhances vitality in the vineyard and creates a natural harmony. The winery is also managed with the same respect for the grapes, which are simply guided towards their final transformation into wine.

The "Sudigiri" by Villa Job is a Sauvignon Blanc produced from plants of different clones, which give greater complexity and aromatic depth to the wine. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, using only indigenous yeasts, without temperature control and with skin maceration lasting 2 days. The wine matures for 6 months in cement, 3 months in used barriques, and completes its aging process with several months in the bottle. It presents a yellow color.brilliant straw yellow with a bouquet that expresses aromas of elderflower and nettle, delicate fruity and slightly aromatic notes. The taste is elegant and delicate, harmonious with a good final persistence.
