The Sauvignon "Turmhof" is a fresh and alpine expression of the Val d'Adige, aged partly in steel and partly in wood. It emerges as a very typical and varietal white, with aromas of bell pepper, sage, and elderflower. On the palate, a breeze of freshness, minerality, and savoriness elegantly envelops the palate
