The Sauvignon "Turranio" from Bosco del Merlo is an elegant and slightly aromatic white wine, with a fresh profile and intense, multifaceted aromas. A beautiful interpretation of Sauvignon, which in the Lison area expresses itself with a citrus profile, aromas of ripe fruit, exotic hints, and flint notes. On the palate, it is harmonious and balanced, with fruit of great richness and aromatic complexity and interesting savory notes that traverse the palate, leading to a fresh and persistent finish.

The white wine "Turranio" is born in the Bosco del Merlo estate, located on the border between Friuli and Veneto. A territory of ancient traditions, particularly suited thanks to a microclimate characterized by the breezes of the nearby Adriatic Sea and the cool winds descending from the Carnic Prealps. The soils are made up of the famous "caranto", a combination of sedimentations of clay and limestone of ancient fluvial origin. The Sauvignon grapes come from the Duca delle Grazie vineyard, a 6-hectare parcel cultivated in Lison di Portogruaro. The wine is born from a long process of clonal selection, which then led to the separate harvesting of different clones at different times, in order to have the possibility to create a harmonious cuvée at the time of blending. The grapes harvested earlier serve to give the wine the right freshness, while those picked later provide the right intensity and aromatic maturity. All harvests are manual and carried out during the night hours. The bunches are quickly brought to the winery, and the fermentations take place very slowly and at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine rests on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 3 months before being bottled.

The "Turranio" Bosco del Merlo is a Sauvignon that, thanks to differentiated harvests over time, manages to combine freshness and aromatic intensity. The entire production process, from the vineyard to the winery, is aimed
