The Schiava “Mediaevum” by Gumphof is a fresh, light, and delicately spiced red wine from the Isarco Valley, aged in steel and large oak barrels. It emanates subtle and very pleasant aromas of cherries, sour cherries, and red flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, crisp, light, and smooth. An excellent accompaniment to cold cuts and delicate dishes.
