The Schioppettino by Dario Coos is a spicy Friulian red wine with an agile drinkability, aged for about 10 months in oak barrels. It presents itself in the glass with a light and bright ruby color and expresses intense notes of ripe plums, cherries, and mixed spices, with black pepper above all and a finish of licorice. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant, with a delicate herbaceous persistence.
