The Sforzato of Valtellina "Albareda" by Mamete Prevostini is a great Valtellinese red wine of great structure and intensity, obtained from the drying of Nebbiolo grapes, which in Valtellina is called Chiavennasca. It presents an intense and full garnet red and expresses on the nose notes of red fruits in spirits, raisins, and potpourri with intense spicy details. On the palate, it is full, warm, and vigorous, with excellent softness and pronounced sensations of jam.
