The Shiraz from Casale del Giglio is a pure Syrah produced in the Agro Pontino area of Lazio. It is vinified in steel tanks and aged for about a year in barrique. On the nose, it is fruity and spicy, with plum, sour cherry, cinnamon, and pepper highlighted, supported by a harmonious sip, delicately tannic and fresh in the finish.
