The "Shymer" is a full-bodied red wine obtained from a blend of Syrah and Merlot grapes, grown in different areas and terroir of Sicily. The nose plays on floral and fruity tones with hints of spices, Mediterranean scrubs and toasted. The taste is warm, rich and intense, characterized by an intense and silky tannin and a precious freshness
