"Soente" is a Viognier from Lazio of great purity and freshness, born in the Montiano Estate of the Cotarella Family and aged in steel for a few months. Tempting varietal aromas of citrus, peach, exotic sensations, aromatic herbs, and floral notes reflect a medium-bodied structure, fresh, tasty, and enveloping, with a persistent almond-like finish.
