The Sparkling Wine Pas Dosé Blanc de Blancs is dry, taught, elegant and vertical, produced with fermentation in big oak barrels, second fermentation in bottle and aging on the lees for at least 32 months. It has toasted perfumes of nuts, dried fruits and vanilla. On the palate it is clean and bright, fresh and savory
