The Spumante Brut Rosè de Noir Cleto Chiarli is an Emilian rosè sparkling wine from the province of Modena, made from Lambrusco Grasparossa and Pinot Noir grapes, refermented in an autoclave according to the Charmat method. It has a lively, pink currant foam, with a fine and abundant perlage, while the nose is intense, fruity, with details of raspberries and wild strawberries.
