Brut Rosé "Particolare" by Tenuta del Buonamico is a sparkling wine rosé made in steel vats according with Charmat Method from Sangiovese and Syrah grapes. On the nose it opens to fine, crunchy and fruity nuance with rose, cherry, raspberry and strawberry accents. The sip is extremely fresh and easy to drink, flowing and well balanced, of great fine persistence
