Spumante Brut Rosè 'Particolare' Tenuta del Buonamico

The Spumante Rosé “Particolare” by Tenuta del Buonamico is a Metodo Charmat made from Sangiovese and Syrah grapes vinified in white inside the characteristic steel autoclave. A Tuscan sparkling wine capable of bringing everyone together thanks to its intense and refined aromatic bouquet, with floral and fruity accents and delicately fragrant layers. Excellent to serve during the aperitif, alongside snacks and tasty canapés, impeccable paired with raw fish tartare and mixed sushi.

The Gran Cuvée “Particolare” by Tenuta del Buonamico pays homage to the queen grape of Tuscany, Sangiovese, here in its unusual sparkling form, along with a small percentage of Syrah. In Località Cercatoia, one of the most historic crus of Montecarlo, the soils are medium-textured with a strong presence of clay, and the vineyards, mostly facing south and southwest, are located about 100 meters above sea level. The grapes transferred to the winery are vinified in white and sparkling according to the principles of Metodo Charmat or Martinotti in autoclave where the must ferments for about 4 months. The bottled wine will rest for another 6 months in glass before final commercialization.

The Brut Rosé Gran Cuvée “Particolare” by Tenuta del Buonamico presents itself in the glass with a pale pink color, brightened by cherry shades and a rich and persistent effervescence already at first glance. Once smelled, it releases delicate and pleasant notes of black cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry, and dog rose, surrounded by a fragrant background of small pastries. On the palate, it is light, subtle, with an agile and ready drinkability, permeated by a generous and sharp bubble that facilitates continuous sipping. Of great freshness, balanced between acidic shoulder and residual sugar, persistent and enveloping.
