It is a blend of base wines produced from red and white grapes with a high sparkling vocation. The use of the Martinotti Method allows to preserve the varietal fragrance of the scents and aromas, which express soft and harmonious floral and fruity notes. It is a special label to be enjoyed on a special evening as an aperitif or to accompany seafood appetizers, particularly those based on shellfish.
The Rosé 'Paradise Edition' is a Spumante Charmat marketed by one of the most important producers in the Valdobbiadene area. For almost a century, Valdo has been dedicated to sparkling wine in the lands of Prosecco and represents the model of a company that has been able to combine tradition and innovation, with an enterprising opening towards international markets. The 'Paradise Edition' is one sparkling wine that comes from a careful selection of grapes from vineyards cultivated in hilly areas, at an altitude between 100 and 300 meters above sea level, on calcareous-clay soils. The different grape varieties are vinified separately and the red grapes are gently pressed with skin contact in the press. The free-run juice is then vinified in white, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After several months of aging, the base wines are transferred to an autoclave for the formation of bubbles and the second fermentation using the Charmat Method, lasting about 3 months.
