Buvoli's Spumante Metodo Classico Extra Brut "Dodici" is a true thoroughbred, a sparkling wine produced by one of Italy's most innovative sparkling wine producers, which loves Pinot Noir so much that it even pays homage to it in its name. A very complex wine that ages for several years on the lees and develops an impressive aromatic bouquet, with hints of baked apple, toasted dried fruit and elegant pastry aromas. The sip is taut, the bubbles very fine and persistent, truly a perfect match for great shellfish dishes
