Spumante Metodo Classico Extra Brut "Nove" by Buvoli is a sparkling wine of great character, a pure Pinot Noir produced by a winemaker from Veneto who dedicates his work to this variety, with love and dedication. The aromatic profile is surprising: evolved notes of citrus fruits, then underbrush, walnut and slight sweet and smoky hints on the finish. On the palate it has a slightly oxidized character, but well integrated, which goes well with the complexity that is revealed on the palate. Elegant, excellent with a refined risotto
