The Extra Dry Spumante "Bollé" by Andreola is a bottle that is part of a collection of labels with a young and carefree face, designed for informal, immediate consumption and to celebrate a pleasant moment of the day. Fruity, soft, and fragrant is the classic version of the spumante from Treviso, with the traditional generous dosage that makes it appealing and easy to drink. Its floral and fruity aromas bring to the forefront the typical varietal notes of Glera, enhancing the excellent quality of the grapes.
The Extra Dry "Bollé" is a Spumante created from the experience of one of the most renowned wineries in the classic area of Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene. Andreola cultivates a estate of over 40 hectares, divided into many prestigious parcels. The spumante is made from pure Glera grapes, sourced from vineyards grown in the hilly area of Treviso, at an altitude between 250 and 500 meters above sea level. The cool climate and predominantly clayey soils, which reston a sandstone substrate, are ideal for white grape varieties, which express themselves with particular freshness and fruity fragrance. At the end of the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is sent for fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After a short aging period, the base wines are transferred to autoclaves for the sparkling process and the second fermentation using the Martinotti or Charmat Method.
The Extra Dry Spumante "Bollé" Andreola is a bottle with a convivial face, to be enjoyed at the moment of the aperitif. Thanks to its Extra Dry dosage, it offers harmonious sensations and an easy, smooth drink. Visually, it has a light straw yellow color with slight greenish hues. The perlage is of good persistence and finesse. On the nose, it expresses an intense and fragrant bouquet, characterized by floral scents of hawthorn and acacia flowers, hints of lime and citrus peel, aromas of Granny Smith apple, pear, white peach, slight nuances of tropical fruit and fresh almond. On the palate, it is soft and creamy, with apleasant fruit sweetness, well balanced by an equilibrated freshness.
