The Spumante La Matta by Casebianche, obtained through the ancestral method, is a joyful and vibrant interpretation from Fiano grapes and has a pale straw yellow appearance with the presence of natural sediments in suspension, given by the second fermentation in the bottle. Bouquet of flowers and citrus, with a marked sea spray component that also characterizes the taste, fresh and of excellent savouriness with rich and enveloping foam.
