Rosé Sparkling Wine Brut “in legno” by La Palazzola is an atypical and surprising sparkling wine, produced manly from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes aged in oak barrels, with second fermentation in bottle and aging on the lees for 42 months. It has an intense, full-bodied and complex profile, similar to a red wine, and aromas of undergrowth, truffles, roots and leather.

Salmon pink with orange nuances, with very fine perlage

Intense, rich and very atypical, with scents of truffle, roots, wild spices, pepper, leather and tobacco
