"3B" Blanc de Blancs by Filipa Pato is a Classic Method Sparkling Wine made by only white grapes from Portugal such as Bical, Maria Gomes and Sercial. Aged on the lees in bottle for few months, it exhibits a fresh and a intriguing olfactory bouquet plenty of floral, critus fruits and salty brezees sensations. The sip is refreshing, soft and mineral with an easy and pleasant drinkability
