The Sparkling Classic Method Brut Classese by Francesco Quaquarini is a sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir grapes that expresses intense aromatic notes of pineapple, apple flesh, ripe pear, and grapefruit with hints of freshly baked bread on the nose. On the palate, it is enveloping thanks to its exuberant effervescence, balanced by great freshness and sapidity with a persistent aromatic finish.
